Privacy Policy
Effective October 2026. We collect as little as we can, use it only to serve you, and never sell it.
This policy explains how M.I.E. All Nations (“Ministering in Excellence All Nations,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit this website, contact us, register, buy tickets or give. If you have any questions, email mariamcameron01@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Forms. When you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, apply to volunteer, send a partnership inquiry, express interest in a mission or answer our survey, we receive what you type: typically your name, email, and (if you choose) phone number, church and message.
- Payments. When you buy tickets or give, you pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, what you bought or gave, and the amount. We never receive or store your card number.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
- Analytics (only with your consent). See “Cookies” below.
How we use information
- To reply to you and to provide what you asked for (tickets, receipts, newsletters, volunteer follow-up).
- To run our events, for example, keeping a list of ticket holders for check-in.
- To pray for requests you share with us (shared only with our prayer team).
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use our website so we can improve it (only if you accept analytics).
- To meet legal, accounting and safety obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process information for us:
- Netlify. Website hosting, form submissions (Netlify Forms) and secure sign-in for our staff.
- Stripe. Payment processing for tickets and gifts. Stripe’s handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Google. Google Analytics (only after you accept cookies), and the Google Maps embeds on some pages, which Google serves directly.
- Eventbrite. Only if you choose to buy tickets there, under Eventbrite’s own policies.
Cookies & analytics
Our website works without tracking cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you click “Decline,” analytics never loads. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask on every page.
You can change your mind at any time with the link at the bottom of every page. Pages that show a Google Map load that map from Google, which may set its own cookies; Stripe may set cookies on its checkout pages to prevent fraud.
Photos & video at events
We often photograph and record our gatherings to share highlights. If you would prefer not to appear, please tell a team member at the event, or contact us afterward and we will remove images of you where we reasonably can.
Children’s privacy
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Children’s event tickets are purchased by a parent or guardian. Forms that ask about participation (such as volunteering or missions) must be completed by someone 18 or older or by a parent/guardian. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and order records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and payment records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, staff access to our event tools requires an invitation-only sign-in, and we limit who can see submissions.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing mariamcameron01@gmail.com. Residents of some states (including Connecticut) may have additional rights under state law; we will honor those requests as required.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
