Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website and to tickets and gifts purchased through it. By using the site you agree to them. “We” means M.I.E. All Nations (Ministering in Excellence All Nations).

Tickets

• No refunds. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend.
• Children’s tickets are for children 12 and under. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Your Stripe email receipt is your proof of purchase. Please bring it (on your phone is fine) to check-in.
• If an event is cancelled by us and not rescheduled, we will contact ticket holders about next steps.
• Programs, guests and running order may change. Event details on this site are provided in good faith.
• Tickets bought on Eventbrite are also subject to Eventbrite’s terms.

Gifts

• Gifts are voluntary and are used to support the ministry and mission of M.I.E. All Nations.
• Gifts designated for a specific purpose will be used for that purpose where possible; if the need is met or the purpose changes, we will use the gift where it is most needed in line with our mission.
• Monthly gifts continue until you cancel. To change or cancel, contact us and we will help promptly.
• Receipts are emailed by Stripe on our behalf.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not receive or store card details.

Events, photography & conduct

Our events are photographed and recorded. By attending you agree that you may appear in photos and video we share, unless you ask us not to include you. We ask everyone to help keep our gatherings safe and welcoming; we may refuse entry or ask someone to leave if needed for the safety of others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
